| 摘 要： | 公安微博是政务微博的代表,在服务群众、维护稳定、打击犯罪、警民沟通各方面均发挥了积极作用。公安微博是公安机关网上群众工作的新平台、新阵地。要提升公安微博问政的公信力、服务力和矛盾纠纷化解力,以规范化、制度化措施使问政落到实处。
