加入WTO ,中国方方面面都面临着挑战 ,其中以政府最为严峻。政府首先入世是中国应对挑战的关键 ,其对策是 :科学界定市场与政府各自的职能 ,规范政府行为 ;依据WTO规则清理和修改现行法律法规 ,实现与国际接轨 ;全面提升政府管理能力 ,加强中国在国际经济市场的竞争力。

China's Entry into WTO: a Challenge to Government

Entering into WTO has brought about multiphase challenges to china,which to government is the most critical among them.Essentially,entering into WTO means the government should first enter into WTO.In order to succeed in entering WTO,it is imperative that government take some countermeasures as following:normalizing government conduct; abolishing or revising law and regulations that disagree with WTO; promoting vovernment capacity of management to enhance chinas competitive power in international market.
