| 摘 要： | 本文论证了价值和管理价值的区别和联系,管理价值的一般特点,管理价值在实现管理目标过程中的重要作用,管理的价值目标是实现真、善、美的辩证统一,管理主体和管理客体树立正确管理价值观的重要性和必要性.文章认为管理活动实际上是一个包含一系列价值评价的系统工程.

| Abstract: | This article first demonstrates the differences and associations of value and management value, and discusses the general features of management value as well as the significant role it plays in the achievement of the management goal, which is the dialectic unification of the true, the good and the beautiful. It then illustrates the importance and necessity of management subjects' and objects' establishment of a correct management value outlook. |
