| 摘 要： | 19世纪50-60年代,曾国藩在时局影响下,形成了颇具特色的外交思想.他提出了和戎与自强的外交战略;与此相适应,他提出了讲求诚信、谨守和约、注重实力等外交策略.这些主张多来源于传统,但又不同于传统,有其近代性倾向.总而言之,曾国藩的外交思想介于传统与近代之间,对中国近代外交思想的变迁起了一定的作用.

| Abstract: | Influenced by the current political situation, Zeng Guo-fan formed his diplomatic thought to a considerable extent in the 1850's and 1860's. He advanced the diplomatic strategies of harmony and self - improvement. Correlating with that, he put forward diplomatic tactics such as striving for honesty, cautiously observing the agreement and emphasizing strength. These views, having a tendency towards the modern time, differed from the traditional ones though they stemmed from those views. In short, Zeng Guo-fan's diplomatic thought, being between traditional views and modern ones, played a part in the changes of the modern diplomatic thought of China. |
