台湾司法运作机制究——从陈水扁弊案解读台湾的刑事司法程序

陈水扁案件引起了岛内外民众的广泛关注，然我们对案件的解读不应仅仅停留在政治、民主、文化的层面。整个案件的进程反映了台湾法律的一些符号与原则，活生生的再现了台湾的司法运作机制。作为法学学者，作者认为台湾司法机制中的一些成功的经验与做法对我国大陆正在进行的司法改革是颇有启示的。

The research on the mode of jurisdiction of Taiwan——studying Taiwan criminal procedural mode through the case of chenshuibian

Many people are interested in the case of chenshuibian. But we would not study the case only from culture,democracy,politics,in fact,the case indicates the mode of jurisdiction of Taiwan. As a scholar,I think that the successful law system and principle in Taiwan are useful to the jurisdiction reform of our mainland.
