| 摘 要： | Marathon Legend has it that in the year 490BCE, a Greek soldier named Pheidippides ran a distance of around 40 km from the city of Marathon to Athens, to deliver news of the Greek army＇s victory over Persia. This loyal soldier died from exhaustion when he arrived in Athens. People afterwards created the marathon race in his memory. |
