对法律人才素质教育的思考

时代的发展，知识经济的到来，使素质教育成为当今各国教育界关注 的热点问题。素质教育的目标是培养具有创新能力、全面和谐发展的人。法律工作 者特殊的工作性质要求法律人才必须具备较常人更高的综合素质，而这首先依赖于 教育工作者自身素质的提高。为此，应改革我国法律高等教育的现状，以适应２１世 纪社会对法律人才的需要。

Thinking on the Quality Training for the Legal Personnel

The development of the times and the coming of knowledge economy make quality education a hot issue in the field of national education nowadays. Quality education is aimed to foster people to be creative, to develop harmoniously and comprehensively. The particular nature of legal workers' task demands that legal talents possess higher comprehensive quality which is based on the enhancement of educators' quality. Therefore, higher education of law in China should be reformed to be adapted to the social demand for legal talents in the 21st century.
