工会应对国际金融危机与确保实现职工权益的方略

国际金融危机给我国经济社会发展带来了很大困难。在此严峻形势下,中国工会在维护和实现职工合法权益、协调劳动关系、维护职工队伍的稳定和统一等方面,都面临很大挑战。就山东省来说,工会组织要在教育引导职工树立战胜困难的信心、加快推进职工队伍知识化进程、积极促进和稳定就业形势、积极推动收入分配制芳改革和构建和谐稳定的劳动关系方面,提出因应方略和重要举措,发挥工会积极而重要的社会作用。

The Strategy of Trade Unions' Response to the International Financial Crisis and Ensuring Realization of Workers' Rights

The international financial crisis has brought great difficulties to the economic and social development in China.In this grim situation,the Chinese trade unions are facing great challenges in protecting and realizing the legitimate rights and interests of workers,coordinating labor relations,safeguarding the stability and unity of the workforce,and so on,.In Shandong Province,the trade unions should present the responding strategies and key acts to played an active and important role in society in educating and guiding the staff to establish confidence to overcoming difficulties,speeding up the process of knowledgeable workforce,actively promoting and stabilizing the employment situation,actively promoting the income distribution system reform and building a harmonious and stable labor relation.
