| Abstract: | methods that have been used for determination of carboxyhaemoglobin in recent twenty years were investigated and the advantages and application conditions of these methods were analyzed.Improved method of head space capillary Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectrum(HS/GC/MS) for the determination of carboxy-haemoglobin(COHb)in blood and organ tissues was introduced. |
