| 摘 要： | 加入WTO以后,我国政府职能必须做出调整和转变,方能适应WTO的挑战。为此应明确政府角色定位,加强政府服务职能;统一、规范政策法规,增强政策运作过程透明度;培育市场体系,健全宏观经济调控体系;建立涉外风险防范机制,维护我国经济安全及政治稳定。

| Abstract: | After acceding to WTO, the governmental function of our country must make adjustment and transformation, can suit to the challenge of WTO. So, should define the governmental role position, strengthen the governmental service function; unite, standard policy, laws and regulations, increase the transparency of operation course of policy; cultivate market system, strengthen the system of macroeconomic adjustment and control; set up the mechanism of risk being on guard concerning foreign affairs or nationals, safeguard the economic safe and political steady of our country. |
