| 摘 要： | 随着国民经济的高速发展,信息技术的迅速普及.一个虚拟的社会空间也迅速在互联网上形成.毫无疑问虚拟社会空间的存在及其进行的变化都是起源于现实社会中的网民.正因如此,网络空间里也必然存在现实社会中的真、善、美、伪、恶、丑.在虚拟空间中,如何规范人们的活动,给我们提出了许多问题;随着计算机网络违法犯罪形势越来越严峻,本文分析了其中的原因并提出了防范对策.
