| 摘 要： | "绿色贸易壁垒"已成为21世纪初中国出口贸易发展的巨大障碍."绿色贸易壁垒"是在环境问题全球化和西方国家新贸易保护主义这两股思潮得到强大发展的情况下形成的."绿色贸易壁垒"有其合理合法成分,对其基本态度应是正视它,攀登它,而不是"一刀切"地反对.我国政府和相关企业应从加强多边谈判、完善法规、优化出口产品结构等八个方面采取有效的措施去积极地应对.

| Abstract: | "Green Trade Barrier" has already become the enormous obstacle of China's export trade development of the beginning of 21st century,which took shape under the environmental globalization and ideological trends of western countries' new trade protectionism. It has reasonable legal composition, we should face it, climb it, but not object to it directly. Our government and relevant enterprises should take the effective measure to reply from strengthening the multilateral negotiation, perfecting the regulation, optimizing the structure of export product actively. |
