“7·5”打砸抢烧暴力恐怖犯罪事件是一起由境外民族分裂组织直接煽动、挑唆的，有组织、有预谋，以挑起民族矛盾、制造民族仇视为目的的重大暴力恐怖犯罪事件。“7·5”事件不仅对新疆政治稳定和经济发展造成极大破坏。而且粗暴践踏了无辜群众的基本人权。依法严惩暴力恐怖犯罪分子是尊重和保障人权宪法原则的必然要求。也是维护国家法律尊严、建设民主法制国家的必然要求。

＂7·5＂ Riot of Striking, Destroying, Robbery and Arson Crimes is a major violent, terror and criminal incident, which was directly organized, planned and instigated by some nationalist separate organizations.
