| Abstract: | For a long time,criminal and civil punishment in criminal cases is a difficulty puzzling the people in practice.Inappropriate disposal will result in people s loss of trust in judicature and derogate its authority.Therefore,carefully thinking of the issue and study its casues and countermeasures will be of great significance for recovering the functions of criminal law and strengthening the judicial authority. |
