主体间性：当前干部教育培训的新思路

主体间性是20世纪西方哲学中凸现的一个概念。在干部教育中引入＂主体间性＂这一方法原则,主张在教员和学员间建立主体间性的关系,目的是倡导用交往的精神来创新现代干部教育,使现代干部教育更科学、更具有人性化。根据主体间性教育的主体的交互性等特点,当前干部教育培训应从教育理念、教育方法、教育方式和教育内容等方面进行改革：在教育理念上,从单＂主体＂走向＂双主体＂;在教育方法上,从＂独白＂走向＂对话;在教育形式上,从＂一元型＂走向＂多元型＂;在教育内容上,从＂单一性＂走向＂丰富性＂。
