| 摘 要： | 随着21世纪知识经济时代的到来，国际竞争日益激烈，国际交往日益扩大，我国改革开放步伐进一步加快，这给培养公安人才素质提出了新的要求。本文论述了培养公安大学生英语语言能力的意义，提出了只有坚持改革，才能培养和提高学生英语语言能力的思路。
