对甘肃省完善农村公共文化服务体系的思考

当前在农村公共文化服务体系建设中普遍存在重硬件而轻软件、重政府而轻社会、重建设而轻管理、重硬件建设而轻人才队伍建设的现象。因此,进一步完善农村公共文化服务体系,必须要加强对农村公共文化服务产品的供给,要充分调动社会力量,要加强管理,要加强人才队伍建设。

There’s a prevalent phenomenon in the construction of rural public cultural service system at present,that appears more attention to hardware rather than software,more government than community,more construction than talents and management.So to further improve the rural public cultural service system,we need to strengthen the supply of products of rural public cultural services,fully mobilize social forces,construction of talents and management.
