雏鸡感染马立克氏病强毒后抗氧化酶活性和丙二醛水平的变化

摘    要:对10日龄雏鸡人工感染马立克氏病强毒后,马立克氏病发病率为78.0%,死亡率为76.0%。在攻毒后2,4和6周,感染鸡血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血液中过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)活性在总体上均显著低于健康对照组鸡(P<0.05),血清丙二醛水平极显著地高于健康对照组鸡(P<0.01)。结合对马立克氏病临床病例的研究结果认为,氧自由基介入了马立克氏病的发病过程。

Abstract:The mobidity and mortality of Marek's disease (MD) in 10 day old chicks artificially infected with virulent MD virus was 78% and 76% respectively. In the 2,4 and 6 weeks after challenge, the activities of the serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), the blood catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) in the affected chicks were generally much lower than those of the normal control chicks (P<0.05), but the level of the serum MDA was significantly higher than that of the normal control chicks (P<0.01). Combining with the previous researchs about field cases of MD. it was suggested that oxygen free radicals were involved in the development of MD.
