| 摘 要： | 教学管理制度是公安院校教学质量管理系统的重要组成部分。现行教学管理制度存在诸多问题，对学生学习、教学评价、质量管理产生影响。应以改革人才培养模式和改革教学评价制度作为重点，对学生学习制度、教学岗位责任制、教学管理体制、教学运行体制等方面进行创新。
