| 摘 要： | 图书馆员继续教育是图书馆事业发展、实现图书馆服务宗旨、改善图书馆员队伍素质现状的必然要求。在确定图书馆员继续教育内容时，应把培养馆员的服务意识放在首位，把提高馆员的工作能力作为重点。图书馆员的继续教育是一项持久的系统工程，应该长期坚持、逐步实现。图书馆员继续教育的措施和方法。可以根据实际情况实现多样化和灵活性。

| Abstract: | Librarian's continuous education is the essential request for libraries to realize their service purpose and promote the staff's quality.Then we should give priority to cultivating the mind of service,and put stress on enhancing the ability of librarians.Librarian's continuous education is a consistent project,which demands long-term persistence and gradual realization.Based on the actual conditions,the measures can be diversified and flexible. |
