| 摘 要： | 新加坡探索了一种不同于西方的法治模式,这种模式具有权力制约与合作相结合、法治国家与法治社会相结合、亚洲式人权保障、道德法律化和严刑峻法等特征.其价值基础在于将现代西方法治观念与儒家价值观念、类似于法家思想的价值观念相结合.

| Abstract: | Singapore has developed a law pattern different from those in the west, with the characteristics of combination of power constraint and cooperation, combination of rule - by - law state and society, Asian - style human rights protection, legalized morality and strict law enforcement. Its value basis lies in the combination of the modern western concept on rule - by - law with Confucian values as well as some ideas similar to Legalists. |
