| 摘 要： | 夫妻是两个具有独立人格的异性组成的共同体,双方各自的利益决定了他们之间相互侵权不仅有可能,而且还有必然性和经常性.夫妻关系主要涉及人身关系和财产关系,夫妻侵权就主要表现在这两大领域中.夫妻侵权既涉及家庭团结又涉及社会稳定,所以要高度重视并正确处理.

A Study of the Acts of Tort between Husband and Wife |

| Abstract: | Husband and wife is a joint body of a man and a woman with independent personalities.Their respective interests determines that tort between them is not only likely,but also is inevitable and frequent.Tort between them mainly occurs in the two major relationships,that is personal and financial relationships.Tort between husband and wife influence the unity of the family and the stability of the society,which we should pay due attention to and should deal with. |
