| 摘 要： | 该文研究发现,创业导向对企业绩效的正向影响呈＂加速上升＂趋势,影响效率更高,而小企业导向对企业绩效的正向影响呈＂减速上升＂趋势。同时发现,战略导向如介于创业导向和小企业导向之间,即较为模糊时,企业绩效呈下降趋势。结论揭示了二元战略导向对绩效的趋势影响差异,为创业者战略导向的制定提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | Strategic orientation is the important part of the strategic management theory.The author introduces two concepts: the entrepreneurial orientation and the small business orientation,which form the typical binary entrepreneurial strategic orientation.After studying the different impacts of them on the enterprise performance,the author reveals the relationship between the binary strategic orientation and the enterprise performance. |
