| 摘 要： | 该文分析了目前热议的水利水电工程移民的三种补偿方式——年产值补偿方式、长期补偿方式、入股分红方式的区别与联系;并以某省A水电站为例,对三种方式移民可获得补偿现值进行计算分析。研究表明,考虑货币的时间价值,将各种方式移民所得折算到基准年,则移民获得补偿费用现值为入股分红方式最多,年产值补偿方式次之,长期补偿方式相对较少。因此,长期补偿方式只是移民补偿费用的一种长期的支付方式,其实质并不是入股分红的方式,这种方式不仅适用于有稳定收益的盈利性的水电项目,同时也适用于水利项目。 |
