中美之间的认识差异--美国视角分析

Perception Differences between China and the United States--Analysis of the U.S. Perspective

There are many factors that influence the Sino-US relations,and the differences range from principle aspects to general ones.Seen from national level,the US insists that it has been entitled to criticize and intervene in the domestic politics of other states,either in the name of human rights,democracy or freedom.Seen from the aspect of bilateral relations,the US holds the view that there is a lack of a solid foundation for strategic cooperation between the two countries.Seen from the international level,China's stand of "multi-polarism",is really viewed by the US as anti-Americanism and a way for China to contend for hegemony.Briefly,the differences between two powers consist of values,the guiding principles of foreign strategy,and historical perspectives.The main reasons for the US's prejudices and stubbornness toward China are based on the US's attitudes of hegemonism,cold war mentality,and utilitarianism.With joint efforts by insightful people of the two countries,the US's positive image regarding China will be enhanced.
