| 摘 要： | 当前，数字化政府信息系统存在客观上的不安全因素和主观上的管理不足。针对客观上的不安全因素，应采取降低或屏蔽计算机电磁辐射、加强网络安全防护等措施。针对主观上的管理不足，要加大保密宣教力度，健全网络保密管理制度，强化保密技能培训，加强保密督促检查。

| Abstract: | There are both objective insecure faetors and a subjective shortage of management in the system for dealing with digital government information. In view of the objective insecure factors, we should take the following measures： reducing or shielding electromagnetic radiation of the computer and strengthening protection of internet security. In view of the subject shortage of management, we should intensify publicity on practice secrecy, improve management, strengthen training of workers＇ skill in practice secrecy and make constant inspection. |
