| 摘 要： | 网络游戏中装备的民法属性问题,理论界争议颇大。本文运用民法基本理论对网络游戏中的装备进行了分析,认为网络游戏中的装备属于民法中的财产,也属于民法中物的范畴,能够成为物权的客体,能够成为民事法律关系的客体,适用民法中财产法的基本规则。

| Abstract: | There are many views about the attribute of civil law of equipment in the online game. In this article, I analyze the equipment in the online Game with basic theory of civil law. I believe that the equipment in the online game belong to the property of civil law and belong to the category of object of civil law. The equipment can be the object of real right and civil legal relationship. The basic rule of property law applies to the equipment in the online game. |
