和谐社会公平与效率关系理论的批判及反思

不同视角下公平、效率的含义并不一致。讨论公平、效率问题必须设定语境,相应的语境下公平与效率才具有对立统一关系。这种对立统一表现为一种动态的均衡,在不同时期不同领域具有不同的均衡点,这个均衡点主要取决于情势,而不是取决于理论、伦理。建设和谐社会必须适时建构效率与公平关系的新的和谐机制。

Critique and Reflection on the Theories of the Relationship between Equity and Efficiency in Harmonious Society

The meanings of equity and efficiency are inconsistent from different angles,so we must establish the context while discussing the problem of equity and efficiency.Only in the corresponding context can equity and efficiency have the relationship of unity of opposite.The relationship shows a kind of dynamic equilibrium that has a different balanced point in different areas and different periods,and this balanced point is mainly decided by situation,but not by theories and ethic.To construct a harmonious society we must build a harmonious mechanism of relationship between efficiency and equity at the right moment.
