| 摘 要： | 公职人员作为一个特殊群体，其隐私权具有特殊性。公职人员作为公民享有隐藏私权，但其职业的公共性决定了它只能是一种有限的隐私权。为避免公职人员以隐私权受到侵犯为由拒绝对其进行监督，有必要通过法律手段重新界定和规范公职人员的隐私权。

| Abstract: | Civil servants as a special group,its privacy has a special nature.As citizens,civil servants enjoy rights of privacy,but the public nature of the profession decides that the privacy is only a limited one.It is necessary to redefine and standardize the privacy of civil servants through legal means so that the civil servants cannot refuse being supervised with the excuse that their privacy is violated. |
