| 摘 要： | 发展公安高等职业教育是推进我国公安高等教育大众化的必然选择。中国社会主义现代化建设所需要的公安专门人才是多层次、多样化的。当前公安机关需尽快培养和训练一支能适应现代化实战要求的素质高、能力强的公安专门人才队伍,以应对高科技社会带来的犯罪手段多样化、复杂化、智能化的工作需要。目前我国在公安普通高等教育培养能力有限的情况下,只有全面发展公安高等职业教育,建立具有中国特色的公安高等职业教育体系与模式,才能尽快提高公安民警的学历层次和整体素质,逐步解决高素质的公安专门人才供求矛盾。

| Abstract: | Public security organs should turn out brains to cope with the diversified, complicated and intellectualized means of committing crime. At present, only by developing higher vocational public security education and establish vocational educational system and mode with Chinese characteristics can the whole quality of the police be improved. |
