人口老龄化与城市社区照顾模式探析

在全球老龄化背景下，社区照顾逐渐成为一种主流的养老模式。我国人口的老龄化与高龄化、家庭照顾功能的弱化使老年人的日常生活照顾问题凸显，发展城市社区照顾已成共识。本文通过对老年人日常生活照顾需求的分析，在简要阐述社区照顾理论与起源的基础上，提出目前我国已具备发展城市社区照顾的基本条件，初步探索出城市社区照顾发展的目标模式。

Study on Population Aging and Patterns of Urban Community Care

Under the global background of population aging, community care has gradually become a prevailing endowment pattern. The aging of population and the weakened functions of family care in our country have aggravated the problem of daily care for the old people, and so common understanding has been reached on the development of urban community care. This paper analyzes the demand for daily care for the old people and based on the brief review of the theory and origin of community care, argues that our country has had the basic conditions for developing urban community care at present and has primarily found out a target model for developing urban community care.
