| 摘 要： | 在新时期,建设中国特色社会主义工会,是各级工会的一项重要任务。深化职工之家建设是建设中国特色社会主义工会的重要组成部分。煤炭企业建设职工之家,就要充分认识其重要性和必要性,明确"五家"建设重点内容,健全"四大"工作机制,注意和把握"五个"方面的问题,把各级工会真正建设成为名副其实的职工之家。
