| 摘 要： | 非公有制经济现在仍处于资本原始积累的初级阶段———依靠自身积累,然而其发展到负债经营的高级阶段是必然趋势。必须构建能够有效支持非公有制经济发展的融资环境。企业的融资环境不仅包括企业经营状况等内在因素,还应包括社会信用状况、金融组织形式、金融机构分布及资本市场状况等外部因素。

| Abstract: | Non-public ownership economy is still in the initial period of capital accumulation. However, it is natural for such an economy to develop to an advanced level of in-debt operation. Thus, it is necessary to create an investment-attracting environment favorable for the development of non-public economy. The investment-attracting environment of an enterprise not only includes such internal factors as the operation conditions of the enterprise but also includes such external factors as social credit condition, financial arrangement pattern, distribution of financial organs and the situation of the capital market. |
