中国企业国际化经营的现状及发展趋势

伴随经济化全球化和中国加入WTO熏企业进行国际化经营已经成为必然选择。“十五”期间在国家各项政策的支持和鼓励下,我国企业国际化步伐明显加快。但是,由于我国企业国际化经营起步较晚,从总体上看还带有发展中国家企业国际化初级阶段的明显特征,存在着企业对外投资规模低于发展中国家平均水平,国际化经营的总体实力相对薄弱等问题。为了促进企业国际化经营的发展,“十一五”期间在继续保持对发展中国家投资的基础上,应逐步加大对发达国家的投资力度,增加对外投资的总体规模;鼓励中小企业、民营企业开展国际化经营;以科学发展观为指导,加大科技投入和研发力度,提高企业科技创新能力等,为企业国际化经营创造良好的宏观环境。

In order to promote the enterprise internationalized management to develop, In the period of the 11th five-year plan, we should continue to maintain to the investment to the developing country, and enlarge gradually to the developed country's investment, the overall scale of FDI should be increased. Encourage the small and medium-sized enterprise and the private ownership enterprise to carry out the internationalized management. Take the scientific development standpoint as the instruction, enlarge the investment into the research and development, increase the enterprise's innovation ability on the science and technology, etc.
