| 摘 要： | 如何有效应对轨道交通恐怖袭击事件,是世界各国共同面对的重大课题。文章在分析了轨道交通的安全特征的基础上,阐述了我国城市轨道交通面临的严峻反恐怖形势,并着重从反恐怖应急机制建设、反恐怖情报收集与研判、反恐怖安全防范等方面,有针对性地进行了对策分析。

| Abstract: | How to combat terrorism in urban traffic is an important task which is confronted by every country in the world.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of traffic safety,the author of this article expounds the severe situation of counter-terrorism in urban traffic of China.Then he puts forward the countermeasures against such terrorism from various aspects such as the setup of quick response systems to emergencies,the collection and analysis of counter-terrorism intelligence and security measures against terrorism. |
