| 摘 要： | 法制建设依赖于法律人才。对历史悠久的国外法律人才培养模式进行比对会有助于重构我国法律人才培养模式。我国法学教育定位为二元结构模式更符合中国实际,在坚持固有的素质教育、通识教育的基础上,强化职业教育的重要性,改变目前法学教育制度的结构,建立对应的评价机制,以实现法律人才培养模式从部分到整体的和谐、统一。
