| 摘 要： | 人力资源的管理创新在企业发展壮大的过程中起着至关重要的作用,把握和满足一线部门的需求是人力资源管理的真正目标。从单一公司发展成为集团化企业的过程中需要注意机构调整、人力资源部门及人力资源管理人员角色转换、人才储备等。在企业发展过程中,应注重人力资源管理步骤创新,以期使人力资源管理能够满足企业发展的需要、成为企业的助手。 |
