| 摘 要： | 新的历史时期，公安边防派出所执法执勤工作面临着许多新的情况和新的问题。新形势、新任务给公安边防派出所执法执勤工作带来了新的要求和新的挑战，当前公安边防派出所整体执法水平与公安边防工作的总体目标还有一定差距。针对面临的主要问题，公安边防部门应认清形势，解决问题，做好新形势下边防派出所的执法执勤工作。
