| Abstract: | The outlook of "the rule of virtue" with Chinese characteristics is not only a development of traditional "the rule of virtue" by Confucianism at ancient age in China, but also the practice of the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics. At the same time, the outlook contains communist ethical foundation. We should acquire an outlook of "the rule of virtue" with Chinese characteristics. That is a base of carrying out the thought of the rule of law with the rule of virtue. |
