论夫妻忠实义务

夫妻忠实义务主要是指贞操义务，即专一的夫妻性生活义务，在夫妻关系存续期间不得有婚外性行为。中国《婚姻法》确立夫妻忠实义务，《行政机关公务员处分条例》规定公务员包养情人，可予以开除，这些规定非常及时也非常必要。目前，个别文艺作品的扭曲宣传使有些人错误地认为，婚外性行为是一种时尚，婚姻关系稳定与否不太重要，这种观念应该予以矫正。

On conjugal faithful obligations

Conjugal faithful obligation, which is confirmed by Chinese marriage law, mainly refers to duty of chastity and duty of avoiding extramarital sexual behaviors. Correspondingly, Regulation on Disciplinary Actions against Civil Servants of Administrative Organs provides that civil servants supporting mistress could be discharged. The author argues that these regulations are timely and necessary while extramarital sexual behaviors and negligence of stability of marital relations highlighted by some literary and artistic works are wrong and need to be corrected.
