| Abstract: | County regional economy is a whole of the combination of various such factors as natural geographical conditions, scientific and technological environment, social and economic surroundings and human circumstance. The growth of county regional economy is one of the centres of regional sustainable development . Optimizing the regional economic environment and cultivating innovational consciousness and modeling a new type of human and system environment , are the inevitable choices of county economic development. |
