| Abstract: | As a kind of modern political culture, civil culture constitutes the cultural foundation of democracy. Civil culture has its basic conception made of the value and pattern rationality of democracy and involves the social psychological foundation of democracy, so it influences democracy profoundly. China should develop civil culture that goes along with its democratic politics and provided with socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
