| 摘 要： | 当前我国正在进行未成年人司法制度的改革，完善未成年人司法制度具有重要的意义。本文拟通过对辩诉交易制度的合理性进行分析，探讨我国未成年人司法改革借鉴辩诉交易合理内核的可行性及相关制度设计。
