| 摘 要： | 在我国目前对取保候审适用条件的规定中,尚存可能发生理解分歧的问题,无法满足提高司法透明度和保护刑事诉讼当事人合法权益的要求,因而有必要从理论高度对其进行深入研究,以保证人们能够清楚、准确地理解取保候审适用条件的内容并领会其中蕴涵的法律精神。
