| 摘 要： | 本文认为,我国侗族人民在长期的政治生活实践中留下了三大政治遗产,即"侗款制"、"鼓楼议会"和"约法款".而支撑这三大政治遗产"外壳"的坚固"内核"却是平等、民主和法治.这是侗族人民政治思想遗产的精华.
