Beibu Gulf Rim Region's Orientation and Development in Cooperation of ASEAN and Pan-Pearl River Delta

Beibu Gulf Rim region is faced with the favorable developing opportunities of "9 2","10 1".If we want to seize the opportunity,we must be enterprising in constructing "the fourth pole" of Chinese economy,ensure the status of regional cooperation platform,exert the function of channels and bridges.Besides,we must improvement ourselves greatly by speeding up the construction of international channels of Sino-ASEAN market,regulating and integrating regional industrial structures,constructing ecology and protecting environment,communicating and cooperating with other ASEAN countries and other provinces and cities in Pan-Pearl River Delta in the aspects of science and technology,education,sanitation and culture,building and improving regional cooperation mechanisms and systems,and participating in cooperation of the two regions.
