| Abstract: | The Labor Contract Law has attracted a great deal of attention in society. The two parties to the contract should get a further and correct comprehension of the law so as to ensure the effective implementation of the labor contract laws and regulations. The implementation of Labor Contract Law will have a positive impact on the improvement of labor relations. But the existing problems should be faced squarely. |
