| Abstract: | The new thinking in philosophical research on guilty mind provides that a new field of vision which goes deep into the subject of crime is used to observe,discuss,interpret and confirm the philosophical phenomena on guilty mind on the basis of changing routine researching point by a big margin so as to look for the mode of thinking.philosophical feature,basic rules of the subject of crime and answer the questions to guilty mind's macroorigin,developing way,motivation system and energy exchange.In this way,methodology on the thinking course of guilty mind could be deeply grasped. |
