论当代青年政治人格的建构

政治人格现代化是中国现代化的基本目的之一。当代青年的政治人格正由传统转向现代,逐步达到现代化所需要的新人的素质水平,同时也存在一些不容乐观的问题。构建当代青年的现代政治人格,必须增强青年的主体人格意识,强化青年的参政意识,培养的青年的政治能力,重视引导青年参与社会实践,调动一切手段,营造青年政治人格形成的良好环境。

On the Establishment of Contemporary Young People's Political Personality

The modernization of political personality is one of the basic goals of modernization of China. The contemporary young people's political personality is transforming form being traditional to being modernized, and is gradually reaching the quality of the people who are needed by modernization. However, there also exist some problems in the meanwhile, which should not be neglected. To establish the contemporary young people's modern political personality, we must strengthen their subject personality consciousness, and strengthen their consciousness of participating in government and political affairs. Also we must train their political ability, and guide them to participate in social work. We should try all means so as to build a good environment for young people to form their political personality.
