| Abstract: | The system innovation in public security men's administration is the demand for its own development; it is a need which meets the complicated social security situation too. We should understand and know the relevant problems of system innovation in the administration correctly, and handle several pairs of relations while innovating well correctly , make public security men work deepen and reform further under the idea innovating, offer high-quality , high-efficient services to economic and social development. |
